Absolute waste of money. Planes dont even lift off ground

What a rip off! 5 bucks and there are no planes to fly until you pay 10 bucks more. This is theft, pure and simple.

How do I go about requesting a refund? This APP is useless. It loads really slow, but never completely loads. it continually crashes. Never got to play it !!!!!
